If you can see My Shows, that suggests you are able to communicate with the V6.

I would now try the following:

Logoff the app then logon again. Does it make a difference?

Failing that, de-install the app then re-install it. Does that make a difference?

Try that and report back.

I have tried all that and nothing works. Also i should be able to get program information when taping a show in the guide but that does not happen either

What is the brand and product name of the tablet you are using?  What operating system is it using and what is the version number?

Its a Lenevo running Android 7.0.

I have already updated to TB-8304F1-S100022-191212-ROW which had no effect

I hate it when the Forum Team ask this question as it implies everyone has lots of gadgets available, but, are you able to try the app on another device?

Compatibility issues would seem the most likely cause.

Unless I put a new panel into a smashed tablet the answer is no.!!!

When I have rung 150 twice they have wanted the serial number of the V6 box so me thinks there is more going on

If you were able to try an alternative device, it would be helpful but we understand this isn't always possible.

 

Does the application or the device your using require any updates to be performed?

The tablet is up to date and I have reinstalled the app.

Looking at the hub 2 when I tap on a show in the guide both the 2 and 5 leds flash. This would suggest that data is being received and sent out by the hub when I tap a show

Ideally we we could really do with you being able to attempt a different device to see if this is causing the issue.
