Second device keeps saying 2 devices connected, when only 2 registered.

We have only 2 devices connected but only one is allowing us to watch sky sports via virgin. Two other devices were registered but not connected. We removed these but still only one device can get connected and we get a message saying 2 devices already in use. we have had this problem before.

Thanks for the post 

Just to rule a few things out 

Are you trying to watch on both devices at the same time 

If so Sky only allow one device to Stream 

If not then can you try this.

Log in

Choose settings 

Device Management 

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
 At the bottom of Device Management you should see another link which takes you to Manage My Sky Devices
