Hi,
I am using the same laptop and same browser to view Virgin Media Go tv via Edge browser. I am NOT clearing my history or cookies, I am NOT using a vpn.
This keeps on happening every month for the last few months and now I cannot change any devices for 3 months, please can somebody reset my devices so I can watch sports. I missed footb all yesterday and will miss a lot of the sports for the next week.
Why is there no fix for this, I keep seeing multiple posts and nothing happens, not good enough.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community although I am sorry to hear you're having this issue.
We have found this issue only happens where an update or change on the device has led to the cookies not being saved and therefore the system thinks you're using a new device. It could be an automatic update on your device or maybe even clean up on your anti virus or something similar.
We can certainly get things reset for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you. I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
