I cannot watch live TV on my computer as "tv go" says " Maximum of devices reached".
They are all the same device " My Computer-Google Chrome" and wont allow me to register another device for 11 days.
Looking at other posts on the community board it seems i need my account devices reset by Virgin Tech Support.
Would be most grateful for some assistance.

Have you since been in touch with the team to get the devices reset?
I have tried to get through to someone, but there are long waits at the moment, and don't really know what team i should be speaking too from the options given.
