SKY Devices maximum reached

I had 6 devices registered as allowed. Watching SKY sports on one and would not allow me to watch on a second, saying only allows for a single user . I have Maxit TV which i thought allowed for multiple devices to watched at the same time. I deleted all my 6 devices and have now re-registered 3 (can't register anymore this month now as this has used my 3 device allowance. Not happy about that either. Still can only wact SKY on 1 device. Virgin go app allows 2 at the same time Please advise

Re: SKY Devices maximum reached

As an addendum, this has only occurred since the Virgin "outage" last week, when all broadband and TV went down. Don't know if that has had an impact on data
