Reset my virgin go

Hi I would like to reset my devices please as I can’t add or delete any because it keeps coming up as to many devices and iv only got 2 on there

I am sorry to see that you have had issues resetting your devices.

Just a quick note to advise I have reset the TVGO devices for you now. This will allow you to re-add any device of hour choice, please keep us posted with how you get on.
