Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are unable to watch TV Go due to your devices being full, what is the reason you aren't able to add another device.

Every time i login I have to re-register. Tried on different browsers. 

Have you used incognito mode or cleared your cookies, cache etc at all? These can mean the devices reset.

No to both, seems to happen everytime.

If any private mode is used when logging into a browser, or if you have a VPN - it would register it as a new device - is this the case at all?
