Reset devices

Hi, could I have my virgin tv go devices reset please? Thanks in advance.

I am sorry to hear you are having issue with your TV go App, what is the reason you need this resetting, are you using it via a browser if so do you have it set to forget cookies automatically as this will cause each logon to show as a new device ?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I do have this setting on but I think there are old unused devices on the account so I would like to reset if possible.
