Reset devices in TV on the go

I am trying to watch Sky sports on my mobile. Tells me max devices limit reached so cannot watch. 
Log into Virgin, only have 4/5 devices registered and cannot change anything!
What can I do?

What happens when you try to delete registered devices using http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices ?
