I have 4 registered devices (3 seem to be the same) and when I jump over to watch Sky Sports I log in okay with the Virgin account but then get a msg that max devices exceeded and to contact Virgin.

We can certainly help with your issue here, you can look at managing your devices on the app here. This will guide you on how to remove the devices you don't need and set up new ones in order to use the Sky app.

Hi Joe. I followed what you said and got the Device Manager within the App. It shows 4 devices registered, one being duplicated. All had a 'Replace' showing. But on selecting any one of them a message displays saying that can't register device at the moment and can't just delete either. Can you clear all the devices I will try to add again and check sky sports is okay?

Hi All, wondered if someone could help me reset my devices...tried most things on the forum and been in touch via twitter but to no avail..... finally got my verification email now that I've changed my usual email address.
