Reset TV go devices

I need a reset please. Ive been watching through Firefox set to clear cookies when it closes. However, I kept the browser open but the internet connection kept dropping out.  Every time I refreshed the page (TNT sports at the end of the time bar) it treated it as a new device so I have now run out of devices and there is no way ofclearing them in device management.

If you can re-set I will use Chrome or Edge without automatically clearing cookies.

IF you set your browser to keep cookies, this should stop this happening in the future.
