I am getting the same verification issue when I try to login to the connect app and the virgin tv go app. I have contacted the call centre who couldn't help me but said they would escalate it to IT. I still haven't heard anything is there anything I can do? As I want to watch the football with my app
Yes a can log in to my virgin media account online, but have trouble with 2 apps:
Virgin tv go
Both give me the same error when I try to log in:

I haven't had an email and I cannot find the place in My Virgin Media to request another email. I spoke to the call centre over a week ago, who said it would need to go to IT, I haven't heard anything since.
