Remove registered devices

Can someone PLEASE purge my registered devices? I waited until the magical end of month, replaced one device and now it says I have used the limit and have to wait. For the money I pay I would expect some ore usable software. Please can someone purge devices. We have new laptops and the family are frustrated. Bill payer is frustrated. I would like the list emptied so I can start again.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

My apologies for the delayed reply and the TV GO issue,

 

This device duplication issue is normally due to the clearing of cache/cookies which if you are doing, please continue, however keep the Virgin Media TV Go ones. 

 

I'll PM you now to reset the devices.
