Hi I've been ringing now for 2 full days and cant get throug . You would think with the current situation that the can only remove a device 3 times would be lifte .
Please can someone get back to me as I'm unable to register another device to my virgin tv go.

I do apologise you've had some issues removing a device lately, I know you're keen to do this.
