I am in need of some help, a previous partner is using the Virgin TV Go app through my account and when trying to remove the device (two ipad's) it won't allow me to remove the device only replace but my current device is registered, is there a way to have the other devices removed preventing my account to be accessed by other people?
Welcome to our Community and thanks for your first post. Whilst you're not able to remove a device, you can replace it with another one.
However, the best way to stop anyone using the TVGo via your account is to change your password. You can change your MyVirginMedia password via your online account and then next time you log into your TVGo app, you'll use the new password.
As long as you do not share that with your previous partner, they will no longer be able to use the app.
