Registering a device

When i went into virgin on the go app yesterday on my android phone to watch snooker on itv 4, it said you have to register this device. I now have the same device registered twice which now takes up 2 of my allocated 5.Tried to remove it and it keeps saying unabe to register at this moment, please try again in a few minutes. Always fails.

Thank you for your post and I am sorry to hear you are having issues with our TV go app, have you tried uninstalling and installing it again? Does it work on other devices?

Yep, uninstalled and installed and it's just the same. Works on other devices. My phone is still registered twice 🤔
