Please can you advise how to remove / re register devices for Virgin Tv Go.
It won’t give me the option to add a device so. I only have one device registered and have only had the TV go ap since last month.
Can you please advise, I have tried to access the application through mobile and Mac - both of which don’t allow me to add or edit the devices.

I have just taken a quick look over things, I have re-set your TVGO limit. Could you please register your devices again and let me know how things are going?
