Registering Device System Doesn't Work, HELP!

I tried to watch the football on BT last night through 'TV GO'.

It popped up and said the device (my only PC) wasn't registered.  I replaced a device (which happens to be the same PC) and tried again.  It says my device isn't registered!  Rinse and repeat twice more and now I cannot use TV GO for a month!  My device is still not registered!  What the hell?

Please fix this asap.  I'm paying for something that does not work (has in the past).  Why should I have to wait a month when I followed the instructions but it did not work?

I'm also sorry to hear about the problem you've had with TV GO & registered devices. I understand certain browser settings can cause this to happen and can understand the frustration it may cause.
