Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
If you try to access the TV go app on another device that hasn't been registered, you will be prompted to replace one of the devices that is already associated with the TV go app.
If this hasn't happened, we could look further into this but we could only reset the devices, so that you would need to start again and register the devices that you require to have access.
