Hi,ive been trying to replace a device for the last five days on my TV Go app but i keep getting a cannot register your device at the minute message.Thanks.

Sorry to hear you've not been able to replace a particular device, can you please try clearing the cache on the browser you use and then try logging into the TV Go account via a web browser to see if you can remove the troublesome device?
If you can do this, then simply try viewing content on the device you wish to add to your TV Go account to complete this process.
