Registered device

Getting ready to watch Europa League football using TV GO on my laptop. After signing in I was asked to register my device. It also said that I had 4 of 5 devices registered. As far as I am aware I have only ever registered 1device, the laptop on this new app. My Kindle is not compatible and my phone is too small. As I have now registered my laptop again what happens when I am asked to register again? Can I edit my registered devices and if so how?

Thanks for posting and sorry for the late reply,

 

If you're clearing your cache/ cookies this then re-registers the device, even when using the same browser.

 

Let me know if you need me to reset your devices and I can pop you over a private message to get a few more details.

Alex, thank you. when I used it at the weekend it said I had to register my device (0 of 5 devices) so looks like it was reset. all I had to do was click on register and that was the end of that.
