Registered device problem

Hi, I have 3 devices registered for TV on the go, 1 phone 1 iPad I laptop and it was working then it came up my laptop wasnt registered but it was and it says it is registered 3 times now and I have no more spaces or swaps... yet wont work on the laptop despite it currently taking up 3 spots help please

Can we please confirm if you're able to log into your TVGo account on a web browser? If so, you can then go to your device management screen and remove or re-add devices where necessary.
