I'm sorry to hear you've been having some trouble with your registered devices on TV GO. We are aware that some customers are having issues when registering a device such as a PC/laptop and using the browser version of TV GO and this takes up multiple device slots. We have created a thread for this specific issue here which includes a work around for this issue.
We can also reset your registered devices if you'd like to start from a clean slate. We can do that for you from here so just give me a shout if you'd like me to reset them on our account.
