Registered device check is broken on macOS and IOS
On MacOS and IOS, Virgin TV Anywhere's device detection is broken.
Each time the browser (Safari, FireFox or Chrome) starts up, the webpage sees the same device as a completely new one, and issues the "number of devices exceeded" error. That means the user is locked out of all non-basic channels for a month, at which time the same "new" device can be "added" again. I reported this to support in February, they could do nothing other than empty my device list, postponing the problem.
