Registered Devices

Hi,

I've tried to watch TV Go on my laptop today and was told my device wasn't registered (it was fine last week). So, I chose to replace the device showing as My Computer - Google Chrome and I still get the same message - when I look at my registered devices, My Computer - Google Chrome is now shown twice but I still cannot watch anything on my laptop and I am now unable to change anything for another 31 days.

Can anyone reset my devices for me?

Can we please confirm if other computers are using the app that may be listing it under this name? 

 

We can reset these through a private message if still needed.

Hi Emily,

There are no other computers using the app, I have a phone and tablet but they are showing up with different names. The laptop I'm using should be the only one with that name.

No problem thank you for confirming this, when accessing it on a laptop could you please try to delete these devices that are not needed? 

 

To reset the replacement part of the service I'll pop you over a private message now.

I am not able to delete any of the devices - it just says 27 days next to each one.

I have not received a private message yet.

Thanks for those details iainwillis

I have reset your devices now, It can take a few hours to update though 

With web browsers when you close the browser or switch off the equipment it is classed as a new device 

Its something that we are currently looking to improve and stop happening in the future

I'm need my list rest too. I've been locked out since Friday, I appreciate its an issue many are experiencing but I had the same scenario almost exactly one year ago and it was sorted fairly quickly by a Forum Team member. Can someone message me, thanks.
