Registered Device

Hi,

I am unable to watch on any devices that it says is registered even though I’ve used it before,Can someone reset it for me please?

Registering devices

  • I get this message:

Device cannot be registered, you have registered the maximum number of devices on your account. I had the same problem at the end of August. I haven't changed anything! Waited until 2nd September registered the same device, as requested by tech support over the phone. Now getting the same device not registered message. Please help.
