I've logged into Virgin media from my laptop. My laptop says it registered 4 times and cannot be amended until 1 Feb 2021. My phone is also registered. When I log in though via laptop it states that its not recognised but I cannot amend. I can see my phone when I click on devices and my phone works.
I tried this in December also via laptop and it said that my devices usage was full (5 devices all the same laptop and I could not change to 1 Jan 2021). It seems whenever I try to use my laptop it takes up a space but is then not recognised.
Look at the Help Virgin supplies online and no help at all.
Why is it not seeing my phone even tho I've used the app with it before?
