Registered Device Not Recognised

Seen a similar question posted several times over the past two years but solutions are on a 1-2-1 basis - someone please help?!

I have three devices registered with Go App,  but periodically keep getting told you have reached your maximum devices and it won’t work on any channel except BBC, even though I am trying to use one of the registered devices. Have to wait 14-days to change devices (I don’t want to change them, just use one of those that is already registered!!!).

Why does it keep doing this and how can this be resolved, as I cannot watch anything at the moment?!

Good Morning @SimonPB, and thanks for your post on our Community Forums!

Sorry to hear about the issues you've faced when trying to view the content via the TV Go application

Check out the purple envelope in the top right hand corner, and I'll be able to reset the registered devices for you
