Register a Device AGAIN AND AGAIN

I use 2 and only 2 devices to watch Virgin TV Go, a PC and a laptop. Can anyone explain why I must register the laptop continuously?

Virgin TV lost connection, I cleared the cache, restarted my laptop and BOOM Register this device once I relaunched the app. Now I have 4 registered devices. Great!
