Reached my Device Limit

I have reached the device limit on virgin tv go because the last 3 times I watched a programme,I had to register every time as new device.

same problem as many of us who have been advised by help desk that there is no fix and IT are working on it .........!?!

Thanks for the post Smiffy1968 and welcome to our community.

 

We did raise a fault similar to this which has since been rectified, are you able to uninstall and reinstall the app then log back in and let us know if this is still the case?

Hi Greenrivet, 

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry you're also having this problem with your TVGO app. Like my colleague Beth said we were having a wide issue with this feature which has since been resolved. Could you please try using the app again to see if this is the case for you?

Hi the VM app does not exist anymore , it was removed by VM, so I do not understand your advise, when you say try the app again !
