It appears I have too many devices registered according to the answer I have 3, one of which I can not go, why? can you remove all

Hi crescent84, thanks for your post. 

 

Sorry to hear you've encountered this problem with registered devices on TV Go. There's a limit to how often you can reset devices (via this link) but I understand that certain browser settings can cause problems.

 

I can help reset the registered devices if you still need help, just get back to me via PM and we'll take it from there.
