Having exactly the same problem for a while now, but tonight got worse and still cannot watch any recordings on our iPhones or iPads.

Deleted and reloaded App, rebooted router, rebooted 360 box, still get the message, ridiculous, it can see the box because it is showing me all my recordings!

Have you confirmed that the Virgin TV Go app is enabled in your iOS/iPadOS Local Network Privacy settings?
