Re. Virgin to go app

I seem to have aquired a similar issue as many others. App tells me I need to upgrade to watch but already on MAXIT TV. Been like this for a few days getting a bit psd off with it now, just spent 45mins on hold after being ‘put through to the technical team’ aye right!!!!

Tried to uninstall numerous times, trying to sign in and comes up failed 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
a little help would be appreciated
