I have the same EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING issue. When will Virgin Media resolve this? My contract is nearing its end and I will be going to Sky if this is not resolved

My bad @Davo7 missed that one.

How is the TV box connected, wired/wireless?

Can you also click the top right hand-side, there's an option to ensure you're connected to the right box.

Wireless. Only have 1 box, the terrible 360 box. Another screenshot here
