My tv go app on my phone works for every channel, but when I log on on my laptop which is recognised as a device, it says the video cannot be played at this moment, I’ve cleared my caches, signed out and in, laptop has been restarted numerous times. What am I doing wrong? Help please!

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when using TV Go on your laptop. 

Can you please confirm if you have any screen share/capture software open on the device? 

If so, this will need to be closed prior to accessing the service. 

If you are not using this software, can you please try another browser and also clear Cache and Cookies.
