Hi,
Since yesterday I have discovered that I can log on to the website if using Safari on my Mac. I usually use Chrome and that has not been a problem before. Now it refuses to let me log in although it does take me to the first page. So on Safari it has been fine. I am still finding that the Virgin Go App is temperamental and that all channels do not always work.

thank you for reaching back out, glad to hear the App is working on Safari now, have you tried removing the app and reinstalling it, have you tried a different device with Chrome?
