Unable to login to TV Control app

I have an iphone 14 and am unable to sign into any virgin media apps, although I can sign into my virgin money app.

please help.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues singing into your My Virgin Media account, can you confirm if you're able to access this via a web browser here? or on any other device?

Hi Alex 

I followed the link with safari and it says wrong email and password. 
tried to sign in on chrome and got error code FSB50

its the same with all the virgin apps
