I have exactly the same problem as this. Have moved house taken my equipment with me yet the app says I have no tv account

TV Control app - moved home

@Morbeous 

I've moved your post to a new thread.

When you move home, your previous VM account is closed and a new one created at your new address. The "move & transfer" process should bring your old details across - if you login to "my Virgin Media", is this showing your old or new details?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're also having an issue with the TV Control app.
