I've just created an account as I read your response to another Virgin customer.
I only use two devices for Virgin TV Go but my laptop has registered four times and I have to wait until the start of March to reset.
Can you assist please?

I'll PM you now to reset the devices. Normally the device duplication is caused by the clearing of cache and cookies. Please do still do that, however leave the TV Go ones 🙂
