Welcome back to the community.

When you state it's not available, is it from the App store or when the app is downloaded?

I, too, am having this problem. I think it might be due to the latest IoS update. So is this a Virgin problem or an Apple one?

Thanks for coming back to us Paperboy,

Can we ask if you're getting any error codes or messages when trying to view BT sports through TVGO? We're you able to view this as normal before the Apple update.

Have you tried to view this since your last post? Are you still not able to watch? What happens when you deleted the TVGO app and re-install this? Are you able to view this using a different web browser?

Please let us know so we can get this checked for you.
