Do you clear your browser cache and cookies everyday? I ask this as the TV GO app needs the cookies to remain so that it recognises that the device has already been used and let you on without having to add a new device.
I can add another change or reset your devices, so that you can get back on right now, we can do this but would need to pass account security.
