I got up this morning and had a go at this from my phone. Which worked.
I then came back to my PC and this now also works.
Whether it was a time issue or the fact that I used my phone first is unclear, but it now works(?)

Hi,
there was an ‘unexpected error’ with no code, then it would go to my linked devices on the Virgin site and state that my linked devices could not be synced, or words to that effect.
