I'm getting the same issue. I'm also getting really fed up with Virgin media. I've been with you for 4 months, had numerous issues and still can't access Sky Sports away from my TV. What am I paying for????

Hi @Kc1989 

If you want to watch Sky Sports channels away from your TV then you need to use the Sky Sports app, not the TVGO app.

When you load the Sky Sports app, scroll down and click on the  Virgin TV UK icon. Then enter your VM details as per the screen shot below.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @Kc1989, and I'm sorry watching Sky Sports away from the set top box has ben tricky.

Has the advice from @newapollo helped clear this up for you?

You can also download the Sky Sports app to watch the content - again clicking Virgin Media UK before you log in.
