Sky Sports App on Ipad / iphone - cannot watch live channels

Have deleted vpn but keeps reloading. Finally deleted it permanently and problem is resolved on one device. Will now try other one. Anybody know why vpn interferes in this way?

Thanks for the update BJW2, please keep us up to date with this and if removing the VPN off other devices resolve the issue also.
