Re-Register the same device multiple times

Having the exact same issue, it’s registered my google chrome each time I use it and wanted to watch the Celtic game this second.  Can someone potentially help reset so I can atleast watch the match and then sort it out for the future?

Sincere apologies for any issues faced with registering devices, can I ask is this on the same device at all?
