I have lost sound on CBS and it keep asking me to register the device.

This is using Firefox.

 

However I have just tried Edge and although it took its time to load it seems to be fine.

Thanks for the update kevcharben, from what you have advised it would appear to be a browser issue. You mentioned it works with Edge, has it previously worked with Firefox?

Yes I have used it every day for the last week, I always use firefox with no problems until this morning.
