Re: Issue using TV GO - repeatedly asked to register device - HELP

I am having this problem of repeatedly being asked to register a device. It was all working fine on my laptop until I cleared browsing history - at least I think that's when the problem started and have seen that mentioned in another post. I called VM and they have cleared all my registered devices, which were all the same laptop Firefox browser. They say the technical team are working on it, but how do we know when it will work again?  In the meantime we are without a service, we pay a lot for VM (which is fine when it is all working) and I didn't get much joy asking if there will be any refund for the time that this service is not available.
