Programmes not showing on TV Go but available on TiVo

Hello,

Many on demand programmes that are available through our TiVo box do not appear on the TV Go website or app. We are on Mix TV and the programmes show up and play on the TiVo box.

When I go to Boxsets > Channels on the TV Go website or app I get the list of channels, but when I click on a channel some of them have no programmes listed.

For example, I wanted to watch Annika on TV Go, but Alibi is completely empty. Searching for “Annika” also has no results. Yet on our TiVo box when I go to Alibi there are programmes available and Annika plays fine.

Some channels do list programmes on the TV Go website/app and play correctly, such as: Sky Max, Sky Nature, Sky Witness, Syfy, Comedy Central.

Sky Max on TV Go works fineSky Max on TV Go works fine

However, the following channels do not list any programmes on the website/app but do on the TiVo box: Alibi, All4, Dave, Drama, Eden, Gold, ITV, UKTV Play, W, Yesterday.

I have tried two PCs (Windows 10), multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and the Android app.

Thanks

That would be the case @f300 - I've replicated this on my own TV Go account.

If you're basically saying that availability of content varies between the app & set-top-boxes, then yes it absolutely does. I don't recall VM ever claiming that there was complete duplication between the two.

I concur with a lot of these, and agree with you. Although ITV box-sets were withdrawn from TiVo, V6 & TV360 around christmas/New Year if memory serves me. They're now only available via the ITV website/app - that's ITV's decision, not VM's.

Thanks for your reply.

I was assuming as the channels were listed that it was something going wrong with my account to have them be completely empty! So are channels like Alibi, Drama and Gold empty with no programmes available on TV Go for everyone?
