Problems switching Virgin TV Go devices

Hi, I am trying to replace one of my 5 devices with TV Go so that I can watch on a new laptop. But when I click to replace the device and then go back to watch a TV channel it tells me that my device limit has been reached. (Nb I am using the same browser to switch the device and then try to watch a TV channel) Please advise.

This seems to be a recurring problem which is very frustrating. (See separate threads).

Can Virgin Media please reply.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

I'm sorry for our late response and for the device issues you're having with TV GO. If one of your registered devices is a web browser, then doing things such as clearing your cache and cookies and running anti virus scans can cause the app to think that the device is different to the one that's already been registered.

 

If you'd like, feel free to pop me a private message and I can look into resetting your registered devices for you.
