Problem with app

I have upgraded my package to add sky sports and it has been successful, I have the channels instantly on my v6 box but I have tried logging in on the sky sports app on my phone but it’s saying I don’t have the correct virgin media package. Can you tell me how long it takes to update my package on my account.

It can take up to 24 hours for the app to update for new channel subscriptions.
